Teens Turn Room into Indoor Pool by Covering it with Plastic Foil and Filling It with Water

Hey there! Great to see you. What're you up to? Ready for a refreshing mug of coffee and a virtual treat? Of course you are! Well help yourself. Hey, this is not related but I made 2 dozen Margarita cupcakes for Nong's Tim Girls Outing last night. (The group had specifically demanded them!). Sorry I can't make any for you at the moment. Anyway, be careful not to show this post to any teenagers in the family...you'll understand why in just a second or two...

A bunch of resourceful Russian teenagers who couldn’t afford to take a trip to the beach recently created an unusual indoor swimming pool right in the living room of their apartment. They just used bit of polyethylene film, packing tape, a lot of water, and voila – their carpeted lounge was converted into a fully functional water park.

The boys then posted pictures of their DIY pool online, which quickly went viral on several Russian social media websites. They can be seen swimming and lazing around in the water giving thumbs up signs to the camera. They seem to have covered all their furniture in plastic, including their mattress and radiator.

So there you go! A wonderful DIY project for you, don't you think? Why have a livingroom or bedroom when you can have your very own water park?  Let me know when you build it and I'll send you a rubber duckie!

Think of the possibilities. Charge admission? Concession stand? Heat lamps? Towel rental charge? Photo shoots? Oh, the mind boggles...

One small question, though?   How do you drain it if you discover a leak? (No, I don't mean someone has been... in your pool).

See ya, glug-glug, eh!
